DELIVERY / COLLECT
Below you will find information about the progress of your order.
• You place an order via the webshop or by email.
• You have the option to deliver or to collect (see below for option to collect).
• We confirm your order within the shortest time. You will receive your confirmation by e-mail in PDF format, which states whether we have your order in stock. If not, there is a delivery time of several weeks, this will be specified in the confirmation of your order.
• If we have items in stock, we ask you to transfer the full amount to one of our bank institutions. You will find this information at the bottom of the document. (The total invoice amount must be paid in advance because the delivery would be done via an external carrier and the driver cannot receive any payments upon delivery.)
• We will contact you on the day of delivery to arrange a delivery time.
Pay attention! If the order consists of custom work or a project where the products are not immediately available, you must pay an advance of 50% to confirm your order. Remaining amount must be paid a few days before delivery.
Would you like to collect your articles yourself? If we have your items in stock, this can be picked up at any time, even the day of the order.
You can pay when you pick it up with bancontact or cash (cash up to € 3000.00)
Free shipping within 5-7 working days from €950.- excl. VAT (Belgium & The Netherlands).
Delivery costs outside Belgium and the Netherlands must be requested. The delivery costs are calculated and processed in your non-binding offer/order form for confirmation.
Delivery costs for orders under €950.00 excl. VAT is €95 excl. VAT (Belgium & The Netherlands). Delivery costs are indicated in your order form that you receive as confirmation.
